Corrigendum to Directive (EU) 2024/1438 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 May 2024 amending Council Directives 2001/110/EC relating to honey, 2001/112/EC relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption, 2001/113/EC relating to fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée intended for human consumption, and 2001/114/EC relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption (Official Journal of the European Union L, 2024/1438, 24 May 2024)

On page 9, Article 1, point 4: for: (4) Annex I is amended as follows:(a) in point 2(b), subpoint (viii) is deleted;(b) in point 3, the third indent is replaced by the following:— have been overheated, or— have been obtained by removing foreign inorganic or organic matter in such a way as to result in the significant removal of pollen.., read: (4) The Annexes are amended as follows:(a) in Annex I, point 2(b), subpoint (viii) is deleted and the reference to Annex I, point 2(b), subpoint (viii) in Annex II, third paragraph, is replaced by a reference to Annex I, point 3, fourth indent;(b) in Annex I, point 3, the third indent is replaced by the following:— have been overheated, or— have been obtained by removing foreign inorganic or organic matter in such a way as to result in the significant removal of pollen...
