Rozhodnutí Rady (SZBP) 2025/2395 ze dne 24. listopadu 2025, kterým se mění rozhodnutí (SZBP) 2019/1894 o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k nepovoleným vrtným činnostem Turecka ve východním Středomoří

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 is amended as follows:

Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 of 11 November 2019 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean (OJ L 291, 12.11.2019, p. 47 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2019/1894/oj).

(1) On 11 November 2019 , the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 of 11 November 2019 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean (OJ L 291, 12.11.2019, p. 47 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2019/1894/oj). .

(2) The Council has reviewed the restrictive measures set out in Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894. On the basis of that review, those measures should be extended until 30 November 2026 , with an empty list.

(3) Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 should be amended accordingly,

(1) in Article 8, the date 30 November 2025 is replaced by that of 30 November 2026 ;

(2) the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
