Rozhodnutí Rady (EU) 2025/2528 ze dne 8. prosince 2025 o jmenování dvou členů Účetního dvora

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Article 286(2) thereof,

Having regard to the proposals by the Hellenic Republic and the French Republic,

Having regard to the opinions of the European ParliamentOpinions of 13 November 2025 (not yet published in the Official Journal). ,

The following are hereby appointed members of the Court of Auditors for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2031 :

Opinions of 13 November 2025 (not yet published in the Official Journal).

(1) The term of office of Mr Nikolaos MILIONIS is due to expire on 31 December 2025 . The Hellenic Republic has proposed that Mr Nikolaos MILIONIS be reappointed as a member of the Court of Auditors.

(2) The term of office of Mr François-Roger CAZALA is due to expire on 31 December 2025 . The French Republic has proposed that Mr Pierre MOSCOVICI be appointed as a member of the Court of Auditors.

(3) Two members should therefore be appointed to the Court of Auditors,

Mr Nikolaos MILIONIS,

Mr Pierre MOSCOVICI.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
