On page 5, in the Annex, in the row concerning order number 09.2017, in the fourth column (Description): for: L-(+)-lactic acid (CAS RN 79-33-4) with a purity by weight of 99 % or more, for use in the manufacturing of: esters and other derivatives (i.e. products obtained from a chemical reaction with the formation of new intramolecular bonds), or solutions produced under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) conditions to be supplied to the pharmaceutical industry, read: L-(+)-lactic acid (CAS RN 79-33-4) with a purity by weight of 99 % or more, for use in the manufacturing of: esters and other derivatives (i.e. products obtained from a chemical reaction with the formation of new intramolecular bonds), or solutions produced under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) conditions to be supplied to the pharmaceutical industry (1 ).
