Prováděcí nařízení Komise (EU) 2025/1490 ze dne 24. července 2025, kterým se mění prováděcí nařízení (EU) č. 564/2013, pokud jde o přizpůsobení poplatků inflaci

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal productsOJ L 167, 27.6.2012, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2012/528/oj. , and in particular Article 80(1) thereof,

Regulation (EU) No 564/2013 is amended as follows:

(1) In accordance with Article 17 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 564/2013Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 564/2013 of 18 June 2013 on the fees and charges payable to the European Chemicals Agency pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products (OJ L 167, 19.6.2013, p. 17 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2013/564/oj). , the fees provided for in that Regulation are to be reviewed annually by reference to the inflation rate as measured by means of the European Index of Consumer Prices as published by Eurostat.

(2) In order to perform this annual review for the year 2024, the fees should be adjusted in accordance with the average annual inflation rates for 2021, 2022 and 2023, as published by Eurostat, so as to reflect the cumulative inflation rate of 19,5 %.

(3) Implementing Regulation (EU) No 564/2013 should therefore be amended accordingly.

(4) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on Biocidal Products,

(1) Annexes I and II are amended in accordance with Annex I to this Regulation;

(2) Annex III is replaced by the text set out in Annex II to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
