Prováděcí nařízení Rady (EU) 2025/2471 ze dne 4. prosince 2025, kterým se provádí nařízení (EU) 2020/1998 o omezujících opatřeních proti závažnému porušování a zneužívání lidských práv

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 of 7 December 2020 concerning restrictive measures against serious human rights violations and abusesOJ L 410 I, 7.12.2020, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2020/1998/oj. , and in particular Article 14(4) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

(1) On 7 December 2020 , the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2020/1998.

(2) Pursuant to Article 14(4) of Regulation (EU) 2020/1998, the Council has reviewed the list of natural or legal persons, entities or bodies subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex I to that Regulation. On the basis of that review, the entries concerning 27 natural persons and 12 entities should be updated.

(3) Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 should therefore be amended accordingly.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
