Prováděcí nařízení Rady (EU) 2025/2508 ze dne 8. prosince 2025, kterým se provádí nařízení (ES) č. 1183/2005 o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k situaci v Demokratické republice Kongo

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 of 18 July 2005 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of CongoOJ L 193, 23.7.2005, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2005/1183/oj. , and in particular Article 9 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex Ia to Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

(1) On 18 July 2005 , the Council adopted Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005.

(2) Further to a review of the autonomous restrictive measures laid down in Article 2b of Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005, the entries for certain persons listed in Annex Ia to Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 should be amended. The entry for one person should be deleted.

(3) Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
