Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

The central administrator of the Union Registry is hereby instructed to enter the changes to the national allocation table of Germany set out in Annex I into the Union Registry.

(2) On 5 September 2013 , the Commission adopted Decision 2013/448/EUCommission Decision 2013/448/EU of 5 September 2013 concerning national implementation measures for the transitional free allocation of greenhouse gas emission allowances in accordance with Article 11(3) of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 240, 7.9.2013, p. 27 ). concerning national implementation measures for the transitional free allocation of greenhouse gas emission allowances for the period 2013-2020, pursuant to Article 10a of Directive 2003/87/EC.

(5) Germany notified a correction to its national allocation table of phase 3 of the EU ETS, by letter dated 3 July 2025 . The electricity generator status was corrected for installation DE-1255.

(6) The notified changes to the national allocation table of Germany are in conformity with Decision 2011/278/EU. The central administrator should therefore be instructed to enter those changes into the Union Registry,
