Rozhodnutí Rady (SZBP) 2026/427 ze dne 26. února 2026, kterým se mění rozhodnutí 2012/642/SZBP o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k situaci v Bělorusku a k zapojení Běloruska do agrese Ruska vůči Ukrajině

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Decision 2012/642/CFSP is amended as follows:

Council Decision 2012/642/CFSP of 15 October 2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in the Russian aggression against Ukraine (OJ L 285, 17.10.2012, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2012/642/oj).

(1) On 15 October 2012 , the Council adopted Decision 2012/642/CFSPCouncil Decision 2012/642/CFSP of 15 October 2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in the Russian aggression against Ukraine (OJ L 285, 17.10.2012, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2012/642/oj). .

(2) On the basis of a review of Decision 2012/642/CFSP, and considering the persistent gravity of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in Russia’s illegal war of aggression against Ukraine, it is appropriate to maintain in force all the measures adopted by the Union. Consequently, Decision 2012/642/CFSP should be renewed until 28 February 2027 .

(3) The reasons for listing and identifying information for 54 natural and seven legal persons included in the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex I to Decision 2012/642/CFSP should be amended.

(4) Decision 2012/642/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,

(1) in Article 8, paragraph 1, the date 28 February 2026 is replaced by the date 28 February 2027 ;

(2) Annex I is amended as set out in the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
