Rozhodnutí Rady (SZBP) 2026/774 ze dne 30. března 2026, kterým se mění rozhodnutí 2010/413/SZBP o omezujících opatřeních vůči Íránu

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

Council Decision 2010/413/CFSP of 26 July 2010 concerning restrictive measures against Iran and repealing Common Position 2007/140/CFSP (OJ L 195, 27.7.2010, p. 39 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2010/413/oj).

(1) On 26 July 2010 , the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSPCouncil Decision 2010/413/CFSP of 26 July 2010 concerning restrictive measures against Iran and repealing Common Position 2007/140/CFSP (OJ L 195, 27.7.2010, p. 39 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2010/413/oj). .

(2) The Council has reviewed the entries concerning certain designated persons and entities set out in Annex II to that Decision and concluded that the entries concerning six persons and two entities should be removed from that Annex. Five entries included in that Annex should be updated.

(3) Decision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
