Rozhodnutí Rady (SZBP) 2026/884 ze dne 21. dubna 2026, kterým se mění rozhodnutí (SZBP) 2024/2643 o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k destabilizujícím činnostem Ruska

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex I to Decision (CFSP) 2024/2643 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/2643 of 8 October 2024 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s destabilising activities (OJ L, 2024/2643, 9.10.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/2643/oj).

(1) On 8 October 2024 , the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/2643Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/2643 of 8 October 2024 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s destabilising activities (OJ L, 2024/2643, 9.10.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/2643/oj). .

(2) On 18 December 2025 , the European Council adopted conclusions, in which it strongly condemned all recent hybrid attacks against the European Union and its Member States.

(3) The Union remains unwavering in its condemnation of Russia’s malicious activities directed against the Union, its Member States, international organisations and third countries.

(4) In view of the gravity of the situation, the Council considers that two legal persons should be added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in the Annex I to Decision (CFSP) 2024/2643.

(5) Decision (CFSP) 2024/2643 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
