Rozhodnutí Rady (SZBP) 2026/1149 ze dne 26. května 2026, kterým se mění rozhodnutí (SZBP) 2024/1484 o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k situaci v Rusku

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484 is amended as follows:

Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484 of 27 May 2024 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Russia (OJ L, 2024/1484, 27.5.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/1484/oj).

(1) On 27 May 2024 , the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/ 1484Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484 of 27 May 2024 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Russia (OJ L, 2024/1484, 27.5.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/1484/oj). .

(2) On the basis of a review of Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484, the restrictive measures set out therein should be renewed until 28 May 2027 .

(3) The Council considers that the identifying information and the statement of reasons of seven natural persons should be amended.

(4) Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484 should therefore be amended accordingly,

(1) in Article 11, first paragraph, the date 28 May 2026 is replaced by that of 28 May 2027 .

(2) the Annex is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
