In Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1803, the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.

(2) Through Regulation (EU) 2023/435 of the European Parliament and of the CouncilRegulation (EU) 2023/435 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 February 2023 amending Regulation (EU) 2021/241 as regards REPowerEU chapters in recovery and resilience plans and amending Regulations (EU) No 1303/2013, (EU) 2021/1060 and (EU) 2021/1755, and Directive 2003/87/EC (OJ L 63, 28.2.2023, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2023/435/oj). , Member States were allowed to transfer all or part of the provisional amount allocated to them under the Reserve to the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). In 2023, twenty-three Member States have submitted a reasoned request to transfer a total amount of EUR 2089446003 from the Reserve to the RRF. The Commission assessed those requests positively.

(3) In the context of the review of the Multiannual Financial Framework, Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2020/2093Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2020/2093 of 17 December 2020 laying down the multiannual financial framework for the years 2021 to 2027 (OJ L 433 I, 22.12.2020, p. 11 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2020/2093/oj). was amended and the maximum resources laid down in that Regulation for the Brexit Adjustment Reserve were reduced by the unused balance of the Reserve (initially planned for 2025 instalment). This outstanding amount available corresponds to EUR 584264090.

(4) Regulation (EU) 2021/1755 has been amended taking into account that reduction. Those changes in the maximum resources of the Brexit Adjustment Reserve should be reflected in the provisional amounts allocated to each Member State and the minimum amount of support to local and regional coastal communities.

(5) For reasons of programming, global provisional amounts allocated to each Member State are given in current prices.

(6) Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1803 should therefore be amended accordingly.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
