Prováděcí nařízení Rady (EU) 2026/489 ze dne 26. února 2026, kterým se provádí nařízení (EU) č. 208/2014 o omezujících opatřeních vůči některým osobám, subjektům a orgánům vzhledem k situaci na Ukrajině

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 of 5 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in UkraineOJ L 66, 6.3.2014, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2014/208/oj. , and in particular Article 14(1) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

(1) On 5 March 2014 , the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 208/2014.

(2) On the basis of a review by the Council, the information in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 regarding the rights of defence and the right to effective judicial protection should be updated.

(3) Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
