Prováděcí nařízení Rady (EU) 2026/531 ze dne 5. března 2026, kterým se provádí čl. 15 odst. 1 nařízení (EU) č. 747/2014 o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k situaci v Súdánu

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 of 10 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Sudan and repealing Regulations (EC) No 131/2004 and (EC) No 1184/2005OJ L 203, 11.7.2014, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2014/747/oj. , and in particular Article 15(1) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

(1) On 10 July 2014 , the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 747/2014.

(2) On 24 February 2026 , the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee established pursuant to UNSC Resolution 1591(2005) added four persons to the list of persons subject to restrictive measures.

(3) Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
