Prováděcí nařízení Rady (EU) 2026/885 ze dne 21. dubna 2026, kterým se provádí nařízení (EU) 2024/2642 o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k destabilizujícím činnostem Ruska

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2024/2642 of 8 October 2024 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s destabilising activitiesOJ L, 2024/2642, 9.10.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/2642/oj. , and in particular Article 13(1) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2024/2642 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

(1) On 8 October 2024 , the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2024/2642.

(2) On 18 December 2025 the European Council adopted conclusions, in which it strongly condemned all recent hybrid attacks against the European Union and its Member State.

(3) The Union remains unwavering in its condemnation Russia’s malign activities directed against the Union, its Member States, international organisations and third countries.

(4) In view of the gravity of the situation, the Council considers that two legal persons should be added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2024/2642.

(5) Regulation (EU) 2024/2642 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
