Prováděcí nařízení Rady (EU) 2026/1147 ze dne 26. května 2026, kterým se provádí nařízení (EU) 2024/1485 o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k situaci v Rusku

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2024/1485 of 27 May 2024 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in RussiaOJ L, 2024/1485, 27.5.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/1485/oj. , and in particular Article 17(1) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2024/1485 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

(1) On 27 May 2024 , the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2024/1485.

(2) On the basis of a review of Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484 of 27 May 2024 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Russia (OJ L, 2024/1484, 27.5.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/1484/oj). , the identifying information and the statement of reasons of seven natural persons should be amended.

(3) Regulation (EU) 2024/1485 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
