Corrigendum to Council Framework Decision 2003/577/JHA of 22 July 2003 on the execution in the European Union of orders freezing property or evidence (Official Journal of the European Union L 196 of 2 August 2003 )

On page 46, in Article 2 Definitions, in point c: for: (c) freezing order property that could be subject to confiscation or evidence;, read: (c) freezing order shall mean any measure taken by a competent judicial authority in the issuing State in order provisionally to prevent the destruction, transformation, moving, transfer or disposal of property that could be subject to confiscation or evidence;.
