THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1890 of 11 November 2019 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern MediterraneanOJ L 291, 12.11.2019, p. 3 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2019/1890/oj. , and in particular Article 12(4) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/1890 is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

(1) On 11 November 2019 , the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2019/1890.

(2) On 24 November 2025 , the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2025/2395Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/2395 of 24 November 2025 amending Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean (OJ L, 2025/2395, 25.11.2025, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2025/2395/oj). , which amends Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 of 11 November 2019 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean (OJ L 291, 12.11.2019, p. 47 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2019/1894/oj). extending the restrictive measures therein until 30 November 2026 , with an empty list.

(3) Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/1890 should be amended accordingly,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
