Prováděcí rozhodnutí Rady (SZBP) 2026/1390 ze dne 22. června 2026, kterým se provádí rozhodnutí 2014/450/SZBP o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k situaci v Súdánu

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,

Having regard to Council Decision 2014/450/CFSP of 10 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Sudan and repealing Decision 2011/423/CFSPOJ L 203, 11.7.2014, p. 106 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2014/450/oj. , and in particular Article 6 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

The Annex to Decision 2014/450/CFSP is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

(1) On 10 July 2014 , the Council adopted Decision 2014/450/CFSP.

(2) On 28 April 2026 , the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee established pursuant to UNSC Resolution 1591(2005) (the UNSC Committee) added four persons to the list of persons subject to restrictive measures.

(3) On 7 May 2026 , the Council adopted Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2026/1049Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2026/1049 of 7 May 2026 implementing Decision 2014/450/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Sudan (OJ L, 2026/1049, 7.5.2026, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2026/1049/oj). adding three of the persons listed by the UNSC Committee on 28 April 2026 to the list of persons and entities set out in the Annex to Decision 2014/450/CFSP.

(4) The remaining person listed by the UNSC Committee on 28 April 2026 should also be added to the list of persons and entities set out in the Annex to Decision 2014/450/CFSP.

(5) Decision 2014/450/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
