Rozhodnutí Rady (SZBP) 2026/1399 ze dne 22. června 2026, kterým se mění rozhodnutí (SZBP) 2024/1472 o diplomatické akademii Evropské unie

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 28(1) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Article 11(1) of Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 is replaced by the following: 1.The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 shall be EUR 1720432,62. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 shall be EUR 1702807,39. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 shall be EUR 1605444,39..

The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 shall be EUR 1720432,62.

The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 shall be EUR 1702807,39.

The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 shall be EUR 1605444,39..

(1) On 21 May 2024 , the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 of 21 May 2024 on a European Union Diplomatic Academy (OJ L, 2024/1472, 22.5.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/1472/oj). on a European Union Diplomatic Academy.

(2) On 5 June 2025 , the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2025/1158Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/1158 of 5 June 2025 amending Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 on a European Union Diplomatic Academy (OJ L, 2025/1158, 6.6.2025, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2025/1158/oj). amending Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472.

(3) A new financial reference amount for the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 should be established.

(4) Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
