Prováděcí nařízení Rady (EU) 2026/1358 ze dne 15. června 2026, kterým se provádí nařízení (EU) 2023/888 o omezujících opatřeních vzhledem k činnostem destabilizujícím Moldavskou republiku

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2023/888 of 28 April 2023 concerning restrictive measures in view of actions destabilising the Republic of MoldovaOJ L 114, 2.5.2023, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2023/888/oj. , and in particular Article 13(1) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2023/888 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

(1) On 28 April 2023 , the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2023/888.

(2) The Union remains unwavering in its support for the Republic of Moldova and its resilience, security, stability, economy and energy supply in the face of destabilising activities by external actors.

(3) In view of the situation in the Republic of Moldova, the Council considers that six persons should be added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2023/888.

(4) Regulation (EU) 2023/888 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
