THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2023/2147 of 9 October 2023 concerning restrictive measures in view of activities undermining the stability and political transition of SudanOJ L, 2023/2147, 11.10.2023, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2023/2147/oj. , and in particular Article 13 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

In Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2023/2147, under the heading A. Natural Persons, the following entry is deleted: 14. Algony Hamdan DAGALO MUSA.

(1) On 9 October 2023 , the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2023/2147.

(2) On 28 April 2026 , the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee established pursuant to UNSC Resolution 1591(2005) added four persons to the list of persons subject to restrictive measures.

(3) On 7 May 2026 , the Council adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1051Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1051 of 7 May 2026 implementing Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Sudan (OJ L, 2026/1051, 7.5.2026, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2026/1051/oj). adding three of those four persons to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) No 747/2014Council Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 of 10 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Sudan and repealing Regulations (EC) No 131/2004 and (EC) No 1184/2005 (OJ L 203, 11.7.2014, p. 1 , ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2014/747/oj). .

(4) On 22 June 2026 , the Council adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1393Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1393 of 22 June 2026 implementing Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Sudan (OJ L, 2026/1393, 22.6.2026, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2026/1393/oj). adding the fourth person to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 747/2014.

(5) The entry for that fourth person should therefore be deleted from the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2023/2147.

(6) Regulation (EU) 2023/2147 should therefore be amended accordingly,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
