Corrigendum to Council Regulation (EC) No 1435/2003 of 22 July 2003 on the Statute for a European Cooperative Society (SCE) (Official Journal of the European Union L 207 of 18 August 2003 )

On page 6, Article 7(5), last sentence:for: Resignation shall entitle the member to repayment of shares on the conditions laid down in Articles 4(4) and 16. read: Resignation shall entitle the member to repayment of shares on the conditions laid down in Articles 3(4) and 16.

On page 6, Article 7(6), last sentence:for: Such a decision shall be taken as laid down in Article 62(4). read: Such a decision shall be taken as laid down in Article 61(4).
